Who runs this board
Pakëzdritë is run by Nalvi Duro, Mikel Murati, and Daniel Murati. For anything — a posting that is wrong, a request to delete your data, or just a question — write to info@pakezdrite.com.
What this board is, and what it is not
It is a bulletin board for the Albanian community of Tampa Bay. It is not an employment agency and it is not an employer. We do not hire you, we do not pay you, and we are not a party to anything agreed between you and a business.
How far we check businesses
Every new posting is read by a person before it goes live, and businesses we know pass faster after their first accepted posting. That check catches the obvious things; it is not an investigation. A posting being here does not mean we vouch for the business.
Liability
The content is written by businesses, not by us. We make reasonable efforts to keep the board clean, but we do not guarantee that every posting is accurate, current, or honest, and we are not responsible for what happens between you and a business. If something goes wrong, tell us — we do take postings down and suspend businesses.
Your data
We keep only what you write: your account, your postings, and applications with whatever you attached. Applications and files are deleted automatically six months after the job closes, and you can delete your own at any time from your applications page. We sell nothing and there are no advertising trackers.
The networking list
If you tick the box when signing up for an event or opening an account, we keep your email and language to tell you about future networking events. Nothing else is sent, the list is never shared or sold, and every email has a link that removes you from it at once.
Pictures
Upload only a photo, flyer or card you made yourself or have permission to use, and nothing showing a person who hasn’t agreed to it. You keep the rights to it; by uploading, you let us show it on the board and in links shared from it while the listing is up. We take a picture down when someone in it, or whoever owns it, asks.
Removing content
We can take down a posting or suspend a business that breaks the posting rules. When we take a posting down, we tell the poster why. Every decision is recorded.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above will change.
